We design and build solar systems, grid infrastructure and green hydrogen plants. Three fields that come together in a single project, delivered by one team.

The EPC model
As an integrated EPC contractor, Ensys takes single-point responsibility for the entire project. That means tighter schedules, controlled budgets and assets built to run for decades.
We analyse consumption needs and technical solutions to identify the optimal option for each site and grid scenario.
We hold all operating authorisations (ISO certifications and ANRE licences) and manage the entire approval process, from the first document to commissioning.
We obtain all project documentation and support you in structuring and securing the most suitable financing solution for each programme.
Delivery, installation and commissioning are carried out with our own personnel, with safety standards at the heart of every site.
Nationwide O&M services that guarantee optimal performance for up to 25 years, across the asset's entire life cycle.
Service & maintenance
We handle the maintenance and monitoring of the energy systems that power industrial facilities, factories and large buildings — electrical installations, substations, equipment and solar systems where you have them. So they keep running without unwanted downtime and your warranties stay valid.
Periodic inspections and scheduled checks across the whole system — panels, inverters, electrical switchboards, transformers and substations — that prevent failures and keep equipment warranties valid.
Real-time supervision of output and equipment status, with automatic alerts and monthly performance reports.
Yield analysis, thermographic testing and technical corrections that recover lost energy and increase output.
Intervention teams with contractually guaranteed response times for fast fault resolution and spare parts.

up to €150,000 / project
Non-repayable funding for SMEs and HoReCa, for installing fully customised solar systems and EV charging stations — managed end to end by Ensys.
Session 2 is under evaluation, with the list of approved beneficiaries expected in autumn 2026. A third session is anticipated, with no confirmed start date yet.
zero upfront investment
A PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) model that lets industrial clients install solar systems with no upfront investment, paying only for the energy produced, out of the savings generated.
EU vouchers
Green energy vouchers funded through the Ministry of Investment and European Projects, accelerating Romania's energy independence.
The first session closed in July 2026, with over 2,000 beneficiaries installed by Ensys. A second session is now under evaluation, and a third is rumoured but not yet confirmed.

The company
For almost two decades we have been building Romania's clean energy. We started as Tehnomir Energy, with over 9,000 solar systems installed from Oradea to every county in the country, and today, as Ensys Renewable Solutions S.A., we put that same experience to work on utility-scale projects: solar parks, high-voltage grid infrastructure and green hydrogen, delivered end to end as an integrated EPC contractor.
